FileMaker is a data aggregation tool which can be used to analyze multiple NYCDOE data sets in one location. FileMaker is the perfect reporting tool to report data from multiple data sources to support student achievement.
FileMaker is purchased as a "blank slate". LMG Data Group then customizes this Apple designed product and transforms data into information. FileMaker is powerful enough to handle one thousand concurrent users at one given time based upon their “client-server” model. Therefore, FileMaker can handle the data needs of a large school or group of schools.

In the past, this school entered "mounds" of data into teacher binders which were not accessible throughout the building. Staff members can share learning notes and collaborate to support student needs. Through the use of this system, staff members can view "notes of the day" and share them across a building in "real-time". Additionally, you have the ability to share scanned documents amongst staff members to better reflect on student work, achievement, or assessment data through the use of the "container" field.
